Coca Cola FA CUP
The Football Association Cup, commonly known as the FA Cup, is a knockout cup competition in Maldives football, run by and named after The Football Association. FA Cup involves clubs of all standards playing against each other, there is the possibility for "minnows" from the lower divisions to become "giant-killers" by eliminating top clubs from the tournament.

AFC Cup
The AFC Cup is an annual international association football competition between domestic clubs sides run by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Qualification to the competition is to clubs from AFC-affiliated countries which fall into the AFC's 'developing nations' category as laid out in their 'Vision Asia' document.

Second Division
Second Devision is the second-highest division of The Football hierarchy system of Maldives. Finalists of the tournament will get the chance to promote to the first devision after a qualification round with lower ranked two teams of the Dhivehi League. Similarly the two teams that finished at the bottom of Second Devision are replaced by the team that finished at the First and Second in the Third Devision.

Third Division
Third Devision is the third-highest division of The Football hierarchy system of Maldives. The Finalists of Third Devision will be promoted to second devision.

Milo Charity Shield
Charity Shield is a newly introduced match advanced from 2009, which will be played as the Season opening Match. Dhivehi League Champions and FA Cup Champions will get the chance for the match, the Winner of Charity Shield Match will be granted with a cash prize, where 20% of the total amount will be donated to a social working organization.

AFC Challenge Cup (Qualifications)
The AFC Challenge Cup is a national Football competition for emerging countries (those in the lowest of three categories as designed by the AFC president) that are members of the AFC. The first tournament was held in 2006 in Bangladesh. The Champions of the tournament will qualify for the AFC Asian Cup.

SAFF Championship
The SAFF Championship, also called the South Asian Football Federation Cup (previously South Asian Football Federation Gold Cup), is the main football competition of the men's national football teams governed by the South Asian Football Federation. Previous names have included the South Asian Association of Regional Co-operation Gold Cup in 1993 and South Asian Gold Cup 95 in 1995. Eight teams compete in the South Asian Football Fedration Tournament.
The countries that compete in the tournaments are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. It is held in every two years.
